HILLSIDE RANCH HOUSE

The Hillside Ranch House was designed for the setting that is it’s namesake. With a small footprint this spatial organization was made to allow it’s residents to visually engage their property from atop the hill slope and encourage an covered indoor-outdoor connection to the living space while creating work from home and comfortable sleeping arrangements. A jack and jill work from home studio on the upper level across from the Primary bed and bath encouraged the mental separation of work, rest, and social life. With stacked framing, stacked plumbing, stacked hvac, and ventilation the construction cost and timeline for this project is streamlined and efficient.
