FORT WORTH APARTMENT COMPLEX

Our design team has had the pleasure of designing this Fort Worth 600 unit apartment complex garden style walk-up observing the interior parking and tree ordinance requirements and creating minimal crossings over the stream running through the site and into a pond with walking trail servicing the community and the tenants. The unit mix consists of 1 br, 2br and 3br apartments in 4 different building configurations each with AV and Accessible options. The common areas centralize the community with open area and community space.
