MARRIOTT HOTEL REMODEL

The Marriott Courtyard in Mahwah NJ needed a refresh before it helped to house and host international guests for the world cup. Having no as-built drawings and working closely with Marriott’s amazing team of internal designers and architects the project came to life quickly through documenting the as-built conditions for the entire building, creating scope documents, coordinating with interior design partners, engineers, and local authorities to parcel 4 scopes of separate approvals and permitting as a comprehensive expedited deliverable.
